Dr. Peyman Servati(@pservati), PhD student Arvin Tashakori(@realrvn) and their team have developed a groundbreaking 'Smart Glove' designed to enhance hand mobility for stroke patients. 🧤🧠 🫀This innovative, washable, and wireless glove is set for trials with stroke survivors this month. The glove's sensitive sensor yarns and pressure sensors accurately track hand and finger movements, aiding rehabilitation exercises supervised by Dr. Janice Eng(@UBC_PT). Beyond medical applications, this technology holds promise in hashtag#VirtualReality, hashtag#robotics, and real-time American hashtag#SignLanguage translation. 🖐️🤖
