Hello @AirCanada my flight from London UK was just delayed by 4 hrs! I will miss my connecting flight and I'd like to change it to a direct flight how can I do this there's no UK number that I can find and website doesn't help.

Hi @curryspcworld I ordered a product two weeks ago, and it still hasn't shipped, despite a promise that it was shipped on Saturday. I see online that you frequently do this. I want a refund now. I have filled out the form but it says it will be reviewed and take 14 days!

I've now been told I will get no refund, because the order is meant to be shipped, even though it has taken you two weeks to ship. I have messaged you about this but you haven't responded.

So four days later, and still @amtrak keeps telling me to contact @VIA_Rail because I made the reservation through them, and @via_rail keeps telling me to contact @amtrak because they are responsible for the 4 hour delay. This is getting absurd. Which of you is responsible?
