We're looking for 2 killer Creative Strategists to help us scale to 9 figures.

We're building a portfolio of DTC brands, and we're looking for 2 Creative Strategists to own the entire creative engine end-to-end for new offers we're launching — from initial validation to scaling to 7/8 figures.

You'll be fully responsible for 2+ brands. You'll be:
→ Validating new offers with rapid creative testing
→ Writing 5-6 video ad scripts daily (VSLs, statics, the full stack)
→ Reading ad account data and translating it into creative decisions
→ Treating each brand like your own P&L

This role is for someone who:
✅ Has written direct-response ads that actually convert
✅ Moves fast and sustains high creative output
✅ Knows how to read the data — not just make pretty ads
✅ Takes ownership without waiting to be told what to do
✅ Uses AI to accelerate research, scripting, and ideation

If you need hand-holding or predictability, this isn't it.
