To be fair, my last employment in this UK, I got the offer letter via WhatsApp. I think the world is changing and emails are no longer the only medium of official communication.

A toxic company will still be toxic no matter what.

Two times I got offers from 2 UK brands, I wrote the offer letter myself and shared a across, was signed by both parties and we moved on from there.

Both give me wonderful experience and pay was amazing.

Just ignore all the negative comments, but watch out for any red flags.
