Tesla Roadster
1.9 seconds to 60.
250+ mph.
620 miles.
Four seats. 200 kWh pack.
Iโve been waiting for this since the first Model S and X. Those cars made Tesla real. Roadster was supposed to be the fun one after the serious ones.
Would I buy it? Yeah. Not for the numbers. Because it's the Tesla I was actually waiting for.
I bought 2 Cybertrucks for my hauling business. Next morning my neighbor bought 2 more. ๐ป๐ป
Same town. Same farms. Same customers.
Mike walked over with a coffee and a smile.โNice trucks. Shame about the competition.โ
So we made a bet. 30 days. Whoever bills more wins. Loser posts a public apology.Score so far:
Me $0. Mike $0.
I went to bed feeling fine. At 6:12 AM the phone rang. A farm needed 40 bales by noon. Then I saw Mikeโs truck already pulling out of his driveway.Same client. Same job. Same morning.
Who wins, me or Mike?

@EFIEBER_ANDRE W does it for China, not for us. Local partner, local factory, local price war. In Europe the same car would kill the ID.7 margin. So they donโt bring it.
POV: you ask the AI in your Tesla how to make $1,000 this week. ๐ธ
Day 1: it asks what youโre good at. You say โnothing.โ
Day 3: it suggests selling your gym membership. Youโve been twice.
Day 5: it calls your side hustle โbold, but not legal.โ
Day 7: it gives up and plays a playlist instead.
Total earned: $0. Total roasted: 4 times.
Best financial advice I never asked for, and it came from the dashboard.
What would you ask your car first? ๐
I chose the peopleโs car. @VW
Hereโs why.Everyone chased China and Tesla and lost the one thing that mattered: uniqueness. The market is tense. Tech is good, but thereโs too much of it. Designs started looking the same.If I had my own brand and copied everyone, what would make me different? Nothing.I still love the small things. Buttons. Starting the car with a key, not a button. A car that feels like a car.
What do you value in one? ๐
Tesla as we knew it is dead. The Roadster reveal proved it. ๐
Everyone waited almost a decade for the red car from 2017. What showed up last week is an angular thruster machine inspired by the SR-71 and the F-35. Cool? Yes. A Roadster? Not sure.
People who put deposits down in 2017 reserved a sports car. They got a stunt vehicle. Still no word if itโs even street legal. I canโt picture it between a bus and a Corolla. What hurts is the old Teslas were simple. A clean car that just drove well. Now every new one is trying to be a spaceship, a robot, or a show.
Did Tesla lose the plot, or am I the only one who misses the old days? ๐
$200K for one stunt, and Tesla already got paid back in free views.
Teslaโs new Roadster has 10 nozzles fed by ultra high pressure air tanks, and just last week it jumped over a whole row of Teslas on stage. 0 to 60 mph in under a second, according to Teslaโs own timer.
Now put that car in a police chase. Roadblocks, spike strips, traffic jams, none of it matters when the car can simply leave.
Watch till the end, the ending is not what the officers expected.
How many of you have already put down the deposit? ๐
๐ The new Roadster just survived its first police chase. Result: the cops are still looking up. ๐
Yesterday Tesla showed it jumping a whole row of Teslas. 0 to 60 under a second on their timer. Now picture that in a getaway. No roadblock works. No spike strip works. No traffic jam works.
Every movie villain is about to put down the $50k deposit. Perfect escape car is the one that doesnโt need a road.
Seriously though. Production is 2028. No price yet. Still unclear if itโs even street legal. I canโt picture this between a school bus and a Corolla.
You ever see this on a public road, or is it a stage car forever? ๐
