Debunking this trash RQ: Haku verbatim had killing intent as per Haku himself, the guides and the novel. Sasuke's statement does not have more weight than Haku's own words, and Zabuza's don't comtradict him having made up his mind on killing them.

Naruto does not scale to Haku at all and was NEVER Light Speed during this arc.

First, to be clear, Haku was never trying or going all out from the beginning for either Naruto or Sasuke.

To touch on amping the Jutsu: Shinobi in Naruto are not limited to physics. They are capable of amping Jutsu beyond their natural counterparts. Sasuke can cast Fire Style at FTL speeds, beyond what's naturally possible. In the same way, Haku's LS is the BASELINE, not the limit.

Edo Haku's feats in the War Arc are not a debunk, since Summonings are amped by the Chakra of the user. Meaning Haku could have easily been stronger than he was in the LoW, and could have simply amped the Jutsu through his Chakra beyond it's natural counterpart.

So if Kabuto's Chakra can amp Haku to a higher degree than Haku is nerfed by the body of a random, then naturally Haku will be stronger as an Edo. This is proven by Edo Zabuza keeping up with War Arc Kakashi while LoW Zabuza was losing badly to a FAR weaker Kakashi.

How Edo Tensei works: Take the body of a living person and use it as a vessel for the soul of a dead Shinobi.

Naturally, someone like Madara and Mu would suffer a bigger nerf to his power by using the body of a random than Haku, since Haku is was much weaker than Madara.
