@PrivacyLawyerD Gabapentin isn't the best option for arthritis. You might want to get a second opinion from a vet that also has a rehab clinic. They are usually much better at pain management.

@PrivacyLawyerD @Fackque99 The first vet ignored my dog's pain. The vet school and sports medicine vet both took it very seriously and she's a different dog now. Don't let a vet tell you this is normal.

Also, rescues are full right now so if you decide she's not going to stay, euthanasia might be best.

My scary looking dog that has flown all over the country and been to DEF CON was a little scared of mussel shells. She only changed her mind because of the butter sauce. Don't know what the lesson is here unless it is to cover your problems in butter sauce.
