No podcast tonight. I sued the Secretary of State in federal court for ballot access. The hearing was Wednesday, ran over an hour, ruling expected.

My argument: the state invented a condition. NHPR reported the state's defense: blocking me from the ballot is "order rather than chaos." That's their word for it. I'll cover the ruling on the podcast when it comes.

Instead of the show, I am launching my first of many Surveillance Sununu music videos.

Republicans were promised no new wars in the Middle East. They were promised the end of the war on crypto. They were promised that the swamp would be drained.

Instead, open source developers are sitting in jail, awaiting sentencing, or awaiting trial. Roman Storm is awaiting sentencing. The Samourai Wallet founders are in the same fight. Ian Freeman is already serving federal time.

The CLARITY Act makes The Patriot Act look like The Declaration of Independence. It is the largest surveillance bill in US history.

We've started and ended the war with Iran so many times I stopped counting. 6th straight night of US strikes as I write this.

And what are you being told? Shut up and vote. Pick the lesser of two evils. The Senate is 50/50 right now.

This one seat decides who runs the country. Yet, in New Hampshire, the Republican they have put forward represents the surveillance state, represents the dark side of political dynasties, and represents the revolving door from politics to the private sector and back again, at your expense.

Ohio put your face in a database in 2013 and never told you.

Every driver's license photo. Enrolled in facial recognition. No public hearing. No disclosure. 30,000 cops and court employees have access.

But facial recognition was just the foundation. Here is the full surveillance architecture Ohio has deployed with zero regulation:

1/ TALEN: AI fusion platform merging body cams, dash cams, public cameras, private security cameras, social media feeds, ShotSpotter gunshot detection, and license plate readers into a single surveillance system. Rollout planned for 1,000 law enforcement agencies. 35,000 end users.

2/ AG Dave Yost signed a Clearview AI contract. Billions of scraped photos, now state-sanctioned.

3/ Safeguard Ohio: America's first AI suspicious activity system. Citizens upload video, audio, photos. An AI chatbot conducts the intake interview. Everything routes to the Statewide Terrorism Analysis and Crime Center.

4/ Flock Safety license plate readers across 24+ communities and 37 state highway patrol units. Cross-jurisdiction shared database. Deployed at schools.

5/ Autonomous drone fleets. Columbus PD RAVEN launches drones from patrol cars. Ohio State University launches drones from rooftops. Hamilton County fields 16 drones.

6/ Anduril Arsenal-1: a $1 billion, 5 million square foot autonomous weapons factory near Columbus producing AI-powered drones at industrial scale.

Leslie Wexner, Jeffrey Epstein's primary financial patron, constructed New Albany, Ohio as a private technocratic enclave built on tax incentives.

JobsOhio operates as a private corporation with $1.4 billion in taxpayer funds and no public transparency requirements.

The architecture scales in one direction: local capture (New Albany tax deals), state capture (JobsOhio, InnovateOhio), federal capture (Vance as VP, DOGE), international export.

What would be great is if you came

THE US JUST SENT 7,000 TROOPS TO IRAN WHILE KUSHNER PRESENTS A $30 BILLION PLAN TO TURN GAZA INTO A LUXURY RESORT.

Read that again.

72,268 Palestinians dead. 171,995 wounded. 97% of schools destroyed. 94% of hospitals destroyed. 70% of all buildings gone. Every university leveled.

And the plan is not to rebuild what was destroyed. The plan is to replace it with something that makes Kushner money.

1/ Kushner unveiled a "master plan" at Davos. 180 luxury towers. Coastal tourism. Hotels and villas. He called it the "Riviera of the Middle East." The rubble is still warm.

2/ Trump's Board of Peace costs $1 billion for a permanent seat. Trump is chairman for life. No term limits. The charter doesn't mention Gaza by name. It gives Trump authority over "areas affected or threatened by conflict" anywhere on earth.

3/ The Trump family stablecoin USD1 is being explored as the transaction currency for Gaza reconstruction. The same family that profits 75% of all WLFI token sales would profit from every dollar of aid flowing through Gaza. They made $1 billion from the crypto venture before a single building was rebuilt.

4/ Palantir has a permanent desk at the US coordination center in Israel. The same AI that powered the targeting systems that killed 72,000 people now controls who gets humanitarian aid. The kill program allowed 15-20 civilians per junior target. 100 civilians per senior target. That company now manages the rebuild.

5/ Oracle built a $319 million data center in Jerusalem. Larry Ellison pledged $10 billion more. Oracle donated 7 tons of equipment to Israeli elite units operating in Gaza. Now the digital governance backbone for the "new Gaza" runs on Oracle infrastructure.

6/ While Kushner draws luxury towers, the US just launched the largest Middle East military buildup since Iraq 2003. 7,000 troops. 300 wounded. Iran struck a Saudi airbase and hit 15 Americans on March 28. The "Board of Peace" is a board of war.

7/ Zero Palestinians were consulted on any of this. Not the housing. Not the schools. Not the hospitals. Not the currency. Not the surveillance infrastructure. Not the AI governance system. Not the $112 billion "smart city" that will be built on top of their graves.

They bombed 97% of the schools. They destroyed 94% of the hospitals. They killed 72,268 people. Then they drew luxury condos on the ashes and called it peace.
