@WestJet very upset with the service @ the Victoria airport today. Gate agent was yelling at her coworker,was incredibly rude trying to force an unnecessary gate check for my carryon. She also provided incorrect info re: baggage procedures. Delay also caused missed connection.

@SouthwestAir pilot tells us 1st officer doesn’t have enough duty time to fly us to Dallas. Back to the gate where we wait for a replacement. Half the passengers pulled because of connections.

Flight was delayed about 20 minutes, we taxied to the runway and then we’re stopped. Sat for over 30 minutes.

@Cheesecake just had a very disappointing exp at the location in Houston, Tx. Food was bad and management made things worse. We are regular customers but don’t think we’ll be back.
