Global Gameplay Issues:

Storm:
-Moving Zones (Storm Circle 7/8/9) should be enabled by S5
-Storms still aren't the right sizes/timings, possibly intentional

Double Shotgun:
-Should be disabled by S5 with shotgun delay. This makes the Double Barrel Shotgun especially overpowered
