@breccastoll @elonmusk How hypocritical. NYCHA buildings need to be the city’s primary focus. These are worse than most private buildings. Any confiscation of private property won’t happen and will be held up in the courts for years. Further watch the rent stabilization / control laws be overturned.

@realEstateTrent Born here and raised my kids here. Have a love hate with NY but there is nowhere quite like it. It can be exhilarating and also draining which explains why I am happy to leave and then can’t wait to get back.
