@payoneer I would really love it if I could make a payment from your payments platform. Your no resolution complaints team only adds to frustration. Different processes and different answers every time. Let’s not forget the fact that I phoned 6x tofay and got cut off everytime.🤬

@Payoneer_Help @Payoneer People want a quick and simple way to sign up to a platform and to be able to make payments fast and if they have a problem contact a support team quickly. If the above three options your customer service team answers the phone quickly, but you either get cut off or wrong advice.

@Payoneer_Help @Payoneer I have literally wasted hours upon hours trying to get set up on Payoneer, then more hours engaging with support staff who appear to work from different processes, to getting cut off. Btw, I’m clearly not the only one exasperated by this platform.
