@Specsavers I’ve been having real issues with my monthly contacts the last few months, they don’t seem to last more than 2 weeks before splitting in half. I’ve already used up 2 sets this month am I able to get a spare pair?

@Specsavers are you able to send me a couple more lenses out? I’m on monthly’s, one lense was split on opening of the packet, and the next pair are damaged after a couple of weeks and are irritating my eye. Down 1.5 sets in only a few weeks 😔

@One4allGiftUK I went to spend my gift card in H&M they swiped it a few times but it kept saying declined. I’ve just checked my balance and it has 3 pending transactions from h&m, does that mean the transactions did go through? But I have nothing to show for it…

@hmunitedkingdom I went in store to buy a blazer with a One4all voucher, they swiped my card a few times and said the tills weren’t working. Walked out without the blazer, just went to check my balance & I have 3 transactions on the card from H&M & have no money left on it..

@nationalrailenq have the train strike time tables been updated for the 13 December? I’ve noticed a slightly limited train service has been added to the planner for that date. Is that the correct timetable or will it be changing again?

This has now happened a 3rd time… I’ve probably spent double the amount that was on the gift card in my own money trying to spend this gift card, it’s a joke. @newlook totally disgusted

@newlook twice now I have bought items using part gift card and part cash, and when returning items you’ve refunded the gift card rather than cash… which is disgraceful as it’s basically making me spend double the amount in your store…

@Georgeatasda I’ve recently bought some festoon solar lights from you, I’ve just got them out the box and I noticed one of the bulbs was missing. As I unraveled the lights the wire also snapped (I wasn’t being forceful). I wondered if it was possible to get a replacement sent?

@ArgosHelpers we recently bought a planter from your store. It’s only been up a few weeks and has already fallen apart. What’s your policy for faulty items?

@Argos_Online we recently purchased a planter only for it to completely fall apart a couple of weeks later... lesson learned.... don’t buy garden items from Argos. What’s your policy for faulty/damaged items?
