@MT_TRAP_CAT While it is good that refunds are technically possible, I still do think it’s kinda insane to shift the responsibility to the customer. We shouldn’t have to jump through hoops to not end up stolen from or in the hospital when buying a product from a “reputable” business.

I don’t think enough people think about how not only is this dangerous but it’s kinda also theft because not a single time have I ever gotten money back from a recalled product so that’s just money in the trashcan
