2/3 instead was told to have the dog ride in the disabled car on bed of the truck. In the heat. If you left a dog in a parking lot in this heat you’d be arrested. But a truck bed is okay? Had to have family drive 2 hours for pickup instead. (Dog is an 18 point lap dog btw)…

Thread 1/3: Absolutely DISGUSTED in service from @MercedesBenz @MercedesBenzUSA today. Car overheated & broke down 1 hr into 3 hr trip. ONE DAY after 40k mile service. Roadside asst. knew we had a dog. When driver arrived 90 mins later dog wasn’t allowed in truck….
