So... it’s happening 🤯
@thismorning contacted me to ask whether I would come on the show and I said... YES 💍
Tomorrow morning I will have the chance to show that a gluten free Christmas dinner is both easy to do and delicious & that us gluten free folk ain’t difficult or a problem 🙃
What things would you like me to mention most? (if I get the chance... it’s live TV but all I can do is try my best 🧡)
I’m really grateful for this opportunity on behalf of the entire coeliac and gluten free community. I really hope you will tune in and support me 😇 I’m quite nervous! Thank you to everyone who requested for me to be on the show - it means a lot!
@thismorning & Vanessa Phelps, please do better.
I’d love 1 day off from this disease, but i can’t without a weeks worth of stomach pains, fatigue & brain fog to follow.
Your “advice” & “opinion” is completely irrelevant since you clearly know nothing.
Today on ITV's @thismorning , coeliac disease was discussed during a phone in segment on the show. We are deeply concerned about the content and advice given to a caller attending a Christmas family event where all of the food will be gluten free to protect the health of a person with coeliac disease. We are actively following up with @ITV . You can read our open letter in the comments below, and will share any responses we receive.
In the meantime we ask you to contact This Morning to ask them to give an apology to our gluten free community on air for this damaging and inaccurate information, and to engage with Coeliac UK to ensure their information is accurate in future.

It has been exactly one year since Robbie Coltrane, who played our beloved Hagrid in the Harry Potter films, sadly passed away at the age of 72.
We all miss him terribly, and we will continue to remember and honor him because that’s what he deserves. ❤️
Daniel Radcliffe pays tribute to Michael Gambon:
“With the loss of Michael Gambon the world just became considerably less fun. He was one of the most brilliant, effortless actors I’ve ever had the privilege of working with, but despite his immense talent, the thing I will remember most about him is how much fun he had doing his job. He was silly, irreverent and hilarious. He loved his job, but never seemed defined by it. He was an incredible story and joke teller and his habit of blurring the lines of fact and fiction when talking to journalists meant that he was also one of the most entertaining people with whom you could ever wish to do a press junket. The sixth film was where I got to spend the most time working with Michael and he made the hours spent in front of a green screen together more memorable and joyous than they had any right to be. I’m so sad to hear he has passed, but I am so grateful for the fact that I am one of the lucky people who got to work with him.” 🥹❤️
We are incredibly saddened to hear of the passing of Sir Michael Gambon. He brought immeasurable joy to Harry Potter fans from all over the world with his humour, kindness and grace. We will forever hold his memory in our hearts.
We are hugely saddened to hear of the passing of the magnificent Robbie Coltrane who played Hagrid with such kindness, heart and humour in the Harry Potter films. He was a wonderful actor, a friend to all and he will be deeply missed.
I'll never know anyone remotely like Robbie again. He was an incredible talent, a complete one off, and I was beyond fortunate to know him, work with him and laugh my head off with him. I send my love and deepest condolences to his family, above all his children.
