@Digiweb_Ireland Just adding here, usually your service is great and reliable but ye need to do better around comms when there is an outage. 4.5 hours after an outage sending a tweet is woefully insufficient. Ye have our numbers, drop a text so we can use a backup.

@Digiweb_Ireland You weren't just made aware at nearly 3pm about Limerick, our internet went at 10:15am. At 11:56am tech support confirmed by phone an outage that would last until 6pm, three hours later you finally update Twitter? Bad form. People work from home lads, internet is kinda crucial.

@DeclanMMills @Digiweb_Ireland They're usually really reliable, I've been with them for years and have found support to usually be very good. But communication when there is an outage sucks - like send a text blast or an email or something. Thankfully it happens super rarely.

@askpermanenttsb Are there issues with incoming payments to accounts happening this morning? Everyone else where I work has been paid this morning except for those of us with permanent tsb. Payroll have confirmed payments sent, so delay seems to be with accounts.
