A convicted killer is believed to be on the run in Atlantic Canada. Steven Bugden, 45, escaped from the minimum security unit at New Brunswick's Dorchester Penitentiary Wednesday night. He was serving a life sentence for stabbing an Ottawa university student to death in 1997.
