@IHGOneRewards @HolidayInn @IHGOneRewards absolute shambles unable to help, guest relations useless! Best you can offer is hotel 30 mins away at double the price!!

[neil meikle @rebellz12]

@HolidayInn @IHGOneRewards I've received an email telling me that the IHG hotel I have booked in Miami-Downtown for June is no longer part of the IHG group and the new owners will not honour my reservation. Customer service have been no help in sorting this out, can you help??

[neil meikle @rebellz12]

@ask_Holidayin Have sent you a message thanks

[neil meikle @rebellz12]

@IHGOneRewards @IHGOneRewards @HolidayInn I already did that and did not reach a resolution. The best your central reservation team could do was telling me to pay a lot more money to stay in one of your other hotels in the same area.

[neil meikle @rebellz12]

@IHGOneRewards @HolidayInn @IHGOneRewards have you been able to look at my further message? Or is it normal for IHG to take bookings and not honour them?

@SLCRoads How many times will this stretch of road be dug up? In past few years it has been closed for long periods, for cable works. Every time it is closed it is leading to considerable traffic on the road from Lesmahagow to Deadwaters via Waterside, which is completely unable to cope!

[neil meikle @rebellz12]

@SLCRoads @SLCRoads Any damaged areas of carriageway are no worse than every other stretch of road in South Lanarkshire! Also if you look at how the lights have bern setup cars are driving on the worse parts of this stretch of carriageway due to them!

[neil meikle @rebellz12]

@SoundCity @seetickets Hi, we are unable to make the new dates. Is there any news on refund requests (15 tickets across 4 bookings) I sent to seetickets on 31st March promising a response within 28 days? thanks
