Re:Build

A cross-technology software engineering conference for developers, engineers, architects, and technical leaders of all kinds.

[Re:Build @ReBuild_Con]

We're thrilled to welcome @elastic as an official sponsor of Re:Build, happening in London next May!

They'll join the discussions at the heart of Re:Build: What we build (architecture and systems) and how we build it (processes and tools) in the AI era.

[Re:Build @ReBuild_Con]

Everyone’s talking about AI. At Re:Build, we’d rather talk about everything it’s changing.

Short talks, roundtables, and The Conversation: 90 mins where the room does the talking.

5 & 6 May 2027, London
Join the list 👉 https://t.co/DkkeWot2ay

Join me at ACCU London on Wed 4 Nov

We're trying Speed AMAs: private 10-min 1:1s with senior engineers.

Plus a keynote from Meri Williams on how engineering skills are improving in 2026 & how seniors & juniors can support each other.

Come say hi 👋 https://t.co/kx0fuVFllU

[Re:Build @ReBuild_Con]

Most dev conferences are about the tech. Re:Build is about the people who build it.

Craft, careers & what AI is really doing to the job. Short talks, real conversations, nothing recorded: you have to be in the room.

5 & 6 May 27, London
Founding tickets: https://t.co/DkkeWosul0

[Re:Build @ReBuild_Con]

Sponsor the conversation, not the stage.

At Re:Build, every sponsor hosts a table with the engineers, architects and tech leads they build for. Real feedback, no captive audience.

London, 5 & 6 May 2027.

[Re:Build @ReBuild_Con]

Hello, world 👋 We're Re:Build, a new two-day developer conference in London, 5 & 6 May 2027.

The future hasn't compiled yet.

I'm helping at the relaunch ACCU London 🎉

Wed 4 Nov, 18:30, London

Keynote from @Geek_Manager on how engineering skills improve, then Speed AMAs: private 10-min 1:1s with senior engineers; Paul Grenyer, @quantdev_uk & @pardel

Spaces are limited: https://t.co/kx0fuVFTbs

[Kim Fletcher (She/Her) @kc_fletcher]

A few days ago we opened Founding tickets for @ReBuild_Con. Tickets are going, sponsors are signing and community groups are getting involved. For a first-year event, that trust means a lot. Thank you.

5 & 6 May 2027, London. Founding tickets are limited: https://t.co/Ob7CZjkNvO

[Re:Build @ReBuild_Con]

Tickets for Re:Build are open. Two days in London, 5 & 6 May 2027, for people who build software and aren’t sure what that means anymore. Nothing recorded. You’ll have to be there. https://t.co/DkkeWot2ay

[Re:Build @ReBuild_Con]

We talk a lot about what AI can build. Less about what it means for the people building it. At Re:Build, bring your questions & leave with practical insights, clarity on what comes next & connections that last.

Let's work it out together.

[Re:Build @ReBuild_Con]

AI isn't the whole story.

Re:Build explores three threads:
→ What we build (the tech)
→ How we build it (the way we work)
→ Who we become (the human bit)

5 & 6 May 2027, London. https://t.co/DkkeWosul0

[Re:Build @ReBuild_Con]

Something like: Is the junior developer role disappearing, and does that matter?

We're really curious where these go. What question would you want to put to the room?

5 & 6 May 2027, London
Founding tickets on sale from 14 October.

[Re:Build @ReBuild_Con]

Some things don't need another conference talk. They need a conversation. At Re:Build we're trying something called The Conversation. It's our take on the World Café, built for a room of 300. Each one starts with a short talk to frame a question that doesn't... 1/3

[Re:Build @ReBuild_Con]

have an obvious answer. Then the room turns to its tables, each hosted by an expert. Throughout the session, people will swap to neighbouring tables to hear new perspectives. No pretending someone has already figured it all out. 2/3

[Re:Build @ReBuild_Con]

We've just launched https://t.co/DkkeWosul0, so have a look around. And if there's a question you think we should be asking, we'd love to hear it.

[Re:Build @ReBuild_Con]

We've been thinking a lot about questions lately. Not the ones with a neat answer. The ones where you find yourself saying "Hmm I'm not sure…"

- What happens to our roles when AI can do more of the work?
- What does being a great engineer look like when the tools keep changing?

[Re:Build @ReBuild_Con]

- How do we keep learning when the ground keeps moving?
- What do we want tech to do for us & what do we want to keep doing?

We don't have the answers. We think we'll work them out better together, which is why we're building Re:Build, a 2day conference in London on 5 & 6 May.
