@AmazonHelp I returned an Apple Watch on 11/17 and called about a week ago since I had not been given a refund of over $500. I was told it would be done within a few days. Still no refund today so I called again and was told they would start the refund and it would be 7-10 days.

Thanks @DIRECTV for raising my bill by about $55 and when called about it was basically told I should go with YouTube TV as there is nothing they can do.

I wanted to give a shout out to @CSATP for denying my travel insurance claim since my wife works for a hospital and could not travel due to COVID. Luckily since I make so much as a public school teacher I won't miss all the money we paid this year for a vacation...
