They aren't defunded but the word is out with all LA gang members, do the crime and you won't be getting much time if any at all if you are caught. It's no coincidence that crime is up. @maverick_mpa @DavidZahniser how can cops be everywhere all the time? A cop was supposed to be at Taco Bell that night? This is what happens when you have a DA that gives no consequences. Also BLM pushed LAPD to pull back metro stops in south LA. The stops often yielded tons of illegal guns and violent gang
