I pushed for antifragility at work, writing something that automatically updates our product dependencies (avoiding automatic major version updates) every Monday morning.

We've basically never had to worry about vulns in our dependencies, with few exceptions.

@PierceSec I wouldn't say certs are necessary (though I definitely got a few) but the fundamentals courses (often free) really help with the terminology when looking to tackle your first cloud instance and help call out any differences you might encounter along the way.
