Residents in the building told us this happens frequently to guests staying at this property. I was left stranded and had to book another hotel at the last minute, which cost me significantly more than expected.

It's official! 24hs without internet service! Thank you @googlefiber all I got from this tweet was an appointment set up to next Wednesday by @googlefiberhelp . I hope I don't have to wait until then to have the service restored.
