fuuuuck i just realized that the future idealized version of myself cant exist without current me being the catalyst for change and doing hard things. has anybody heard about this
nobody talks about how exhausting it is to live in that space between “things will get better” and “i can’t handle this anymore.” it’s like your emotions are constantly swinging. leaving you both hopeful and defeated in the same day
behind a girl who says she hates her birthday is a child who still wishes for the same things,
to be greeted right at 12:00 AM, to be surprised, celebrated, given cakes and gifts, and handed a letter that reminds her how deeply she matters
I cannot help but feel completely alone and like it does not matter what people so. I feel alone. I feel isolated. I feel like everyone is off living a life a do not belong in. And I just don’t want to keep doing this
I feel so fucking lonely and awful all the time and I’ve been trying to get a GP for year but the past year I’ve been actively trying even harder because I know this is not a sustainable way to live. And nothing. I’m getting so fucking disheartened I just want to give up
And it feels so selfish to say because yes I go and do things I enjoy and it may look like I live a happy and fufilling life and I have more opportunities than a lot. But I cannot change how fucking awful it is inside my head and how lonely and debilitating it is
The only true “core value” in the NHL is money. Anything for a deal. But let’s not forget that the fastest-growing demographic amongst hockey fans is WOMEN and giving PTOs to men accused of DV and SA will always be a poor ethical and financial decision.
