Shaheem Snype, the father of now deceased Jamariyae Dixon, dispensed a little street justice on Marion McKnight who is accused of shooting and killed his son in the Charlotte Mecklenburg courthouse yesterday.

McKnight is charged with first-degree murder, as well as the attempted murder of two others who were shot when Mr. Dixon was killed.

Mr. Snype has been charged with assault.

I'd acquit Mr. Snype if I was on the jury...
