@firagawalkwthme Apparently, quick cuts were “disturbing on the wide screen,” so they had to opt for “longer and more fluid takes.” Also, there was some kind of flutter on projection, because they were shooting non-anamorphic wide, so actors had to make more diagonal movements across the frame.

@CartuneNetwerk We got to see a Tenet reissue at the Metreon (nearly as big as that NYC IMAX) February 2024 and it really felt like Nolan’s magnum opus (and it was so perfectly projected on IMAX, especially compared to the washed out Dune II that we saw a week later on the same screen).

@DannyVegito Wait, wtf is everyone’s issue with GDT releasing something to CC? GDT has a couple of “meh, that wasn’t great”’s from me, but I very much associate him with CC and vice versa. I’m EXTREMELY excited for this 4k CC of Frankenstein and that cover absolutely kicks major ass.

@VicVijayakumar So, now I’ve essentially gone down to OMEAD and my exercise is simply carrying the kids (now two) around on my own (so, lots of one-armed 30lb front carries).

@VicVijayakumar I tried lifting while losing weight again most of last year and failed to lose any significant weight the entire time. I gave up for 3 months while my baby turned into a toddler and ended up gaining 6lbs of muscle (while maintaining my weight) just from carrying her around.
