Dear @airtelindia, how many deadlines do customers have to wait through before someone actually fixes the issue? Internet down since morning, promised restoration by evening, then 12:30 AM. Both deadlines missed. Is this what Airtel calls customer service? @Airtel_Presence@TRAI

My Airtel Xstream Fiber has been down since morning. I was promised resolution by evening, but no action has been taken. Customer care isn’t even connecting. Extremely poor and unacceptable service.

@Airtel_Presence I’m extremely disappointed with the misleading info provided by your team. On 14 June 2024, I was told by an Airtel rep that a payment of ₹9972 would cover a yearly WiFi plan (₹999/month × 12). Based on this, I made the payment.
This is completely unacceptable from a reputed brand like Airtel. I request:
A full investigation into this miscommunication
Refund/adjustment of the overcharged amount
Action against staff giving false info or mishandling calls
To make things worse, when I called customer care, instead of helping, your executive Shailesh disconnected the call mid-conversation without giving me a solution.
Now I’m being told by your customer care that the plan was not set as yearly, and the same amount is being deducted monthly, leading to me being overcharged.
