Travis County Judge Jan Soifer has dismissed the lawsuit brought by Texas A.G. Ken Paxton against the City of Austin for its voter-initiated ordinance that decriminalized misdemeanor possession of marijuana. The ordinance remains in place. Another win for cannabis.
