@Digiweb_Ireland is there an ongoing issue with your VOIP service?, router reported issue yesterday morning , log shows registration of number failed with the reason stated as remote site not responding. Handset showing unavailable and incoming calls not working.

Tackling this again this morning, I find that changing the aspect ratio in Game Optimiser in C4 settings to 21:9 to be a better solution for me, as I can now leave Switch 2 TV resolution set to Automatic so other games are not affected

Having your Switch 2 TV resolution set to Automatic is the problem here, changing it to 1080p removed the problem.
