The council are so useless, I tried to call them and was on hold for 2 hours and then the. All just hung up? So I called again and was placed on hold again. So I emailed, will be days before I get a response. Not like I'm at risk of homelessness or anything...

My borough council drags their heels through the mud before a really doing anything, they couldn't even respond to me after I contacted them multiple times about my housing list registration. I just left it because I couldn't be bothered to deal with them
