My aged mother has boarded the Train number 13350 Patna Singrauli express.

The train is jam packed and the people are not even letting her reach the reserved seat numbers 49, 52. She is stuck at the gate. Is this how the trains are suppose to operate?

Pathetic experience. My aged Mother has reserved seat but the nobody even allowed her to sit on seat. Is this how you are going to treat senior citizens? Shame on you all
