@easyJet so basically I can book a holiday to Rhodes for May 2021 but can’t change my September flight to May 2021 because they haven’t been released on the planned date. Giving those who book a new holiday priority doesn’t really seem fair!
@HamishGaman A true gentleman through and through! Professional even in the face of drama caused by simply doing your job. I truly believe as do the other 800+ supporters that this is attention seeking behaviour without a care for the feelings of others involved

@Rushcliff Time for another update! During a major incident 3 hours is too long! Keeping us in the dark on timescale only makes us more worried and ultimately more untrusting of what you ARE releasing, completely loosing faith in PPS
@Rushcliff Rushcliff can expect a mass exodus after this fiasco. The customer service is severely lacking The office staff must be sat there twiddling their thumbs refusing to answer emails, tweets and calls whilst the rest of us count the significant financial loss this is causing us!
