@squinteratn@UnoHimYerMan It's mind boggling how one community have legitimate concerns but another community would basically be guilty of wanton vandalism..
@Begos7777@SaraONeillArt No its not ok. The guy will be tried and should be deported to serve a sentence in Sudan. The point is, he's one person. How many immigrants live here, work here, contribute to society here. We are richer culturally by having immigration.
You voted against scrapping zero hour contracts.
You voted against banning fire and rehire.
You voted against day one sick pay for workers.
You said the minimum wage was too high for young people.
Reform politicians openly say they don't like trade unions.
You will always put the interests of your offshore crypto billionaire donors ahead of workers.
@mgtruth@LurigDramaCDall There is a humanitarian, cultural and safeguarding conversation to be had. Alienating people because of their skin colour is not the answer. Politicians should be honest and we all need to create space, wherever that is, for the eventuality.
@mgtruth@LurigDramaCDall I watched a documentary about how the world is heating. In 50-60 years, some lands on the equator will become uninhabitable due to the high temperatures. The people who live there will probably migrate north. This is the immigration emergency a lot of politicians are voicing.
We're seeing a clear pattern from Reform now. We saw it in Southampton. We've seen it in Belfast. They're all over social media and the airwaves with inflammatory and provocative language. Then when violence occurs, they go to ground.
Nicky Campbell: Chris Philp(Tory MP) has said: "this is further evidence that the government's lack of border control is endangering the public." The problem for Chris is the Belfast attacker came in 2023, when he was in government.
