@DonnaDlm71 Like you , I retired in June, over 27 years service and can’t believe some of the things people are being arrested for. I would have told the person who complained about being called a muppet to go away (politely) and stop wasting my time .

@GSGB01 In Scotland , it’s an offence for someone to be on or within the curtilage of a building where the circumstances would suggest they are there with the intent of theft. I would say this 100% would be a crime . I would be surprised if there was not a similar offence in England

I stopped reading/commenting in the uk Facebook pages as they are full of people who do no research.

Re the taxi debate, I always use a taxi from the airport but use uber or lyft for going home

@JacobsVegasLife I would say none of the above, you go to vegas and do just a little research, you should know about all of them . I just factor any taxes/fees into the overall price.
