@Marriott @MarriottBonvoy I am just appalled by the front desk staff at the Courtyard Oceanfront in Carolina beach. Coming out of the elevator into the lobby, I slipped and fell. There was a bunch of water on the white tile floor that you couldn’t see. No one asked if I was ok.

I told the front staff that they need to put a wet floor sign in front of the elevator because there is a lot of water you can’t see and I slipped and fell. None of the staff asked if I was ok, at all. I tried to call and talk to someone about it, but i was brushed off.
