This STIEBEL ELTRON ASHP was installed at 1200m high with temperatures as low as -15c, it has now run for over two years, with annual costs of only a £1000 for a four bedroom property. The COP is just over 4, great results. ⁦@stiebeleltronuk⁩

Called to a boiler fault, customer said its - 20c on the boiler panel, that can't be right! Called round and found the outside sensor on the floor and full of water 🙄

Received a phone call, no heating? Checked the boiler and cylinder, 79min to re heat 150ltr Bosch boiler and cylinder. I recommend a power flush this was the first radiator!
