@GroovyGeorgist Going there will probably not be seamless but definitely less troublesome than going anywhere else. We're a French territory so that makes it easier in terms of aid etc. I'll still have some stuff to adapt to though
This year is most likely the last New Year's Eve/New Year I'll be celebrating in my birth country and it turns out I might have to be alone for it instead of being with my family and their friends at a resort.
@GroovyGeorgist Metropolitan France for now, it's the easiest place to go despite the distance. Everywhere else is too expensive in terms of schooling, medical insurance, the need to renew visas etc
@GroovyGeorgist I mean not really, I can't just let someone else stay at the house of people who trust me to take care of their belongings and pets lol
Has anyone ever written a ~lighthearted story about a somewhat competently incompetent young CIA agent trying her best to do her job despite being, well, clumsy and a walking disaster
Lowkey I hope the owner of the house will have a few days off there and come home so I can go celebrate with my family. If not then I'll probably just get alcohol and drink myself to absolute shit alone

I have a sad TikTok audio stuck in my head and instead of chasing it away, my brain keeps playing it with sad thoughts/memories. I cannot deal with this anymore how do I make it stop
My own brain is conspiring against me and since the human body is so well made, the more I try to make it stop, the worse it gets, and then my brain sends pain to my heart just to spite me more
@GroovyGeorgist Oh I mean absolutely, I meant considering the legal frame of what the CIA is supposedly allowed to do or not on U.S. soil, I might have to reimagine what kind of stuff my silly character is assigned to. Like I may have to correct what she and her team work on
@GroovyGeorgist Yeahhh I have no idea what I'm talking about I just thought it was a funny idea but now I realize ehhh idk if I'd have much room to work with it
But also idk if the CIA would really be the best agency to write this about. It's funny for like. The memes. But tbh it would be more accurate to make her work for the FBI (I say this after doing some more research)
To be clear I have no idea nor real desire to know whether this would be a realistic portrayal of what would happen to a competently incompetent agent. I've never worked there. I just thought it would be funny
