@HomesEngland have refused us with a generic refusal letter - 3 months of waiting
We’re a family of 6 stuck with #flammablecladding 6 years on from #grenfelltowerfire and we’re not allowed a mortgage with the #helptobuy loan. Can’t sell due to cladding #help @michaelgove

@Doge97787070 @redjenny86 @michaelgove @HomesEngland @helptobuy @PHSOmbudsman MP @RuthCadbury was contacted and has been helping. We’ve complained to Homes England and Ombudsman already - no further action taken by either, completely ineffectual (like asking a criminal to sentence themselves)

@michaelgove please help! @HomesEngland have refused our request to be allowed a mortgage with the existing #helptobuyloan. We’re stuck with a flammable flat we’ve been trying to sell for 5 years but can’t due to flammable cladding. We’ve 4 children stuck in this. #grenfell

@luhc @HomesEngland have refused our appeal to buy a home for our children to be safe in. please help! this messed up system that was supposed to be here to help people, instead it’s trapped families with properties that can’t be sold with flammable cladding

@michaelgove - please help us @HomesEngland have refused our request, giving us options that are not at all attainable. We’ve dogs so can’t rent in the area we’re moving to and they aren’t allowing us to buy a property while being unable to sell our flat with flammable cladding
