@FlyFrontier Those "miles" have been unusable for us. Now we would like to use them to rent a car and you tell us you have suspended booking car rentals using "miles". How do I go about getting a full refund for what happened back in 2020?
@FlyFrontier Back in April of 2020 my family had approx. $1200 worth of flight tickets. They became unusable because of COVID. You would not give us a refund, instead you offered us "miles". We had no choice but accept.
