Frustrated with @Delta as have submitted follow up complaint a few times re return from CDG to JFK in mid July, and have not received any email from them so cannot track complaint. Broken seat, cold food, poor communication. Is it time to change my loyalty??

what is the point of membership. No "perks" at Montevideo as booked thru Delta rez? How does that make sense? Can't even get late check out requested as told hotel fully booked tonight yet on site can book all rooms. Will rethink future stays.

Love @ZARA but SO disappointed with @ZARA ! Bought blazer in the USA marked €55.95, but was charged $99.90. If marked incorrectly, shouldn't I get some compensation for the difference? The exchange rate certainly isn't THAT bad...

@homedepot disgusted w the inaccurate delivery info (by 4 days!), including their "bait and switch" inventory practices. Even when calling customer service was given run around & told delivery date was "estimate" although clearly presented as definitive date on website & emails.
