Chicago activist Lamon Reccord confronts a child predator who pulled his dick out in front of a 16 year old girl. Backstory… I originally pulled up to this building to catch a pedophile that was trying to meet up with a 16-year-old boy (I'm the decoy). While in the lobby downstairs, I talked to a Mother with her two daughters telling them why I was here. After showing her who I was, and who I was there for, she said the guy just moved in. Catch this.... She said one of the other guys that walked past us while we was talking recently asked her youngest daughter how old was she, how many people stay in their apartment, and if she wanted to smoke with him in his apartment while she was outside walking the dog one afternoon. TO ADD.... I left out the building and while I was coming back in, a young girl had a big ass can of bear mace in her hand. I told her while I was there and she said, it's a dude that he pulling his dick out on her. Showed me multiple videos and I told her and another male residents to go with me to his apartment.
