📍Ed-Deir, Petra, Jordan 🇯🇴
One of the Arab world's most iconic monuments. Carved into the sandstone cliffs by the Nabataeans in the 1st century AD, it stands as one of Jordan's greatest historical treasures.
𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 "𝗥𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗪𝗮𝗿 𝗪𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗜𝗿𝗮𝗻 𝗜𝘀 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲" 𝗜𝘀 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗝𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗮 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗼𝗻 𝗛𝗮𝘀 𝗔𝗹𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘆 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗮 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺.
I see all sorts of un-informed comments from civilian critics without knowledge about how militaries looks at every issue as a problem waiting to be solved.
Whether that is Supply chains, oil cushions, budgets, war time logistics, etc.
People list these as THE REASONS war cannot happen. They are not reasons it cannot happen.
They are the task list for the people whose entire job is solving problems.
𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘀 𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗼𝗿
Here is the mistake underneath all of it. People analyse this Iran, America and Israeli war through the constraints of the LAST few wars. They picture columns of tanks and years of occupation and a bill the economy cannot carry.
But existential wars do NOT obey cost sheets at all, and this war is existential war for IRAN, USA AND ISRAEL.
When a state believes its survival OR its status is on the line, "too expensive" stops being a sentence anyone finishes. The old limits do not bind the new war.
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗮𝗿 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗿𝘂𝗻𝘀 𝗼𝗻
Modern war is informational, cyber war, economic, kinetic. And America is supreme in all those necessary layers almost completely. The platforms. The algorithms. The reach into what the world sees and believes. The weapons, and the intelligence that aims them.
Look at what it did to NATO as an example. Washington told sovereign allies to rewrite their own national security budgets or else, and lift defence spending, and they did. No one has analyzed this significance of this soft power being used.
That is a power so deep it reached inside other governments and moved their GDP allocations. If it can rewrite Europe's budgets, the logistics of one campaign are not the wall people imagine.
𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲
Nearly every technology in your pocket began as a military problem someone was paid to solve. The internet. GPS. The jet engine. Cryptography, Satellites. Each was once an "impossible" logistics or engineering wall, until it was not.
And the people who broke those walls are not the loud faces on television.
They are professionals whose names you will NEVER learn, and inside the American context they are among the most effective problem solvers on earth.
Give them a constraint and they do not retreat from it. They engineer through it.
𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗮𝘄𝗮𝘆…
This is exactly how Generals, Colonels and the military-industrial complex looks at Iran. Not as a wall of REASONS it CANNOT be done. But rather as a series of problems, each one already routed to a working group and assigned a full-time team.
Every obstacle you cite as proof the "war is impossible", they read as a solution waiting to be built.
That is the difference between watching a war and planning one.
Ground invasion is highly probable and likely by Q3 2027.
