@RoyalMailHelp another parcel not delivered to my address today looks like today’s parcel is with my parcel from last Tuesday on the tracking info. I don’t know why they don’t give me the gps coordinates as the image shows both parcels on a desk somewhere nearby but not here help

Really upset and angry about @RoyalMailHelp @RoyalMail service! I had my own jewellery posted from the hallmarking office on Monday and it was signed by a fictitious person not at the delivery address or by the recipient me that it was addressed to. I paid for special delivery!

[Eve @redmondeve]

@RoyalMailHelp have not got back to me four days later to let me know what the postman’s has done with my package @MENnewsdesk @ManchesterMill I am a small business and they have failed!

Still waiting to hear from @RoyalMailHelp about my parcel not delivered to me on Tuesday, the postman delivered to some bogus person, please get in touch asap. I need the parcel for an event on Saturday. I am a small business and this needs to be found!

[Eve @redmondeve]

Really upset my special delivery parcel from @RoyalMail wasn’t delivered to me. It was signed by nobody known in my building and I was in all morning. Hope it’s found as I am a small business and rely on @RoyalMail for getting my work hallmarked and returned safely! 🙏
