One improvement I’d like to see OpenAI focus on in 2025 is refining factual accuracy. For example, the AI has occasionally miscounted letters in words like ‘strawberry’ or incorrectly identified US states with certain letters, such as thinking ‘Connecticut’ has a ‘Q.’ These details matter and could enhance the user experience.
