btw, i always have a protein source with these (either boiled eggs or a protein shake) because getting all food groups in is important!
for those of you who repeatedly tell yourself "once im at [x] weight / bmi , ill stop restricting and maintain." pleassseeee i beg don't believe your eating disorder ! research the complications of being underweight !!!
i love my mom so much. she's gotten so much better! i told her my dietitian wanted me to have more fat in my diet so she cooked our veggies in oil (while not letting me look) and even plated it for me! and she said she was proud of me for finishing my dinner 🫶
so edtwt found this and the replies have been really triggering and nasty, so i'm limiting them
