In my entry for #BIGAJAMV2, the pizza changes color as it bakes in the oven (sped up for demo here). This visual effect is achieved using #GodotEngine's Gradients.
The color is sampled, using time in oven, from a gradient that goes from a raw to burnt color.

Will probably change the oven's light color to better show the pizza inside.

As part of #godotwildjam's challenge "Like the old days" my entry has 5 cheat codes, most of which make gameplay easier. This is not one of them. "cheshire" makes the yarn ball pulse with invisibility, leaving only a yarn string for you to follow.
