@united flight UA 170 perhaps you need to train your employees for empathy. My niece and her husband were traveling on Wednesday, 8/26 from EWR to VCO with their 1 year old daughter for the 3rd time to Italy this year, and this is what she has experienced thus far from your staff! . “Is she a good flyer” and my niece said well this is her third flight and she slept through the entire flight both times” And your gracious “flight attendant” responded “we’ll see, third times a charm”. Notice the quotes of “Flight Attendant “ as she is clearly not an advocate for loyal paying customers or parents traveling with an infant or young children.. And the fact that she said to another passenger, “ do you miss it?” Are you kidding me United!! Every mother has gone through the angst of traveling with young children and to burden them with extra stress is unfathomable. Most parents schedule times to travel to fit into their kids schedule, or in this case flying to Europe , where flights are limited. Trust me as a parent who has gone through this and has traveled with young kids, and thankful that my children are older, why do certain flight attendants feel that this is acceptable behavior? And @United do better! I truly hope that when the flight attendant has children she has grace that wasn’t awarded to my niece, her husband and her daughter! ! And lastly, remember, people have choices, and brand loyalty is instrumental to success. Any marketer knows the golden rule is to retain a customer is easier, and less costly than acquiring a new customer. Educate your “flight attendants” accordingly. Signed, I’m only a Silver United member.
@realBrandonGill Hi @realBrandonGill NJ girl trying to reach you about an enlightening conversation I had today about coding and ICD 10. Your conversation was powerful, and I had an interesting debate but I am unable to send a private message.

Honestly I’m tired of the chase for 28. Show up or shut up! It’s pathetic the analysis paralysis, stop being puppets and play from the heart vs the computer. And George is rolling over in his grave. A complete disgrace!!!! Oh and Brian Cashman you should be gone!
