🩸 🩸 THE PEARL OF AFRICA IS BLEEDING 🩸🩸 A group of continental and diasporic Ugandans fighting to end the dictatorial oppression in our country. #redpearl
If they claim to know where Bobi Wine is, then why are they torturing those around him? These are kicks of a dying horse and panicking state.
This country is extremely unsafe.
There’s no freedom, justice, peace and merry making this festive season when Ugandans are rotting behind prison walls for believing in a freer Uganda.
This season, we stand in solidarity with all political prisoners, their families, and every Ugandan whose voice has been silenced by the state.
Dr. Kizza Besigye (@kizzabesigye1), we stand with you, and we draw strength from your resilience. You will be free!
To my fellow Ugandans everywhere pushing for an alternative vision for this nation, may this Christmas renew our courage, collective solidarity, and remind us that no prison is strong enough to contain the truth.

Hello! We finally got access to our twitter again after years. We want to run another global campaign again but without much time to plan. Open to feedback and suggestions from Ugandans on the ground!

This was yesterday as we campaigned in Entebbe. These criminals did not know that CCTV cameras were recording the savage brutality. A citizen brutalised in this manner for simply holding a national flag and supporting a political party of their choice. Museveni and his criminal regime are in their evening.....all this is a sign of fear. UGANDA WILL BE FREE.

As a Muganda committed to decolonisation, I hail Kabaka Mwanga this Martyrs’ Day. Those so-called martyrs were traitors yielded to Christianisation and colonisation. I refuse to partake of your colonial celebrations of sell-outs who betrayed Buganda, spited our Kabaka and norms.

He was brutalized by Museveni's soldiers. Since the local government elections, he has been bedridden at his home in Jinja. He is helplessly battling for his life.

"Witnesses heard Apedel pleading for mercy with someone he called “officer” shortly before he disappeared near his home... Three days later, a friend received an anonymous call saying Apedel’s body was at the morgue."
