She calmly saved the voice message, noted who sent it, and went straight to the police station to file a report that her daughter was being threatened.
Then she filed a complaint with the principal and attached a copy of the police report.
You should have seen the look on their faces.
Now let them try to play dumb and say, "Oh, they're just kids. They'll work it out themselves."
She used the threat as evidence and put together her complaint strictly based on the law.
Do you think she overreacted, or did she do the right thing?
Fucking NHS. I woke up this morning with some trouble in my eye. Called the optician. Had tests. Sent straight to hospital with a torn retina.
They insisted on giving me laser surgery there and then to fix it. Didn't want any money for the job. Now I'm home again.
How inconsiderate. Joking aside. Remember there are people out there who want to dismantle the NHS.
This is Simba. He has a special stuffed friend who protects him while he sleeps. Partly by being big spoon, and partly by being a pretty good decoy. 12/10
My parents slept in separate rooms my whole childhood. I asked my dad about it once. He said they made a deal early because my mum snores and he tosses. He said they sat down one evening and talked it through like a business meeting. His words. He said the first night apart they both slept like babies. He said they were happier than they had ever been. He never told people. Because when he said separate rooms they said oh I'm sorry. He said he was never sorry. He was just tired of explaining that love does not have to mean sharing a blanket. They are still married 39 years later.
